For All of Your Gardening Needs

Wildland Scapes stocks vegetable seed and starts, ornamental flowers, trees and shrubs, fruit trees, organic soils, soil amendments and fertilizers, quality tools, pest control, and house plants.

The Nursery

We carry plants that will thrive in SE Utah in all kinds of landscapes. We grow native plants from seed we collect locally. We carry shade trees, fruit trees, wildflowers and grasses, and a wide range of ornamental varieties.

Weed Management Planning

The simplest definition of a weed is “a plant out of place.” If you have a garden, you are probably familiar with weeds, their impact on the productivity of your garden, and how difficult it can be to get rid of them. Weed species in the larger landscape have a similar impact and are equally difficult to remove.

Revegetation Guiding Principles

Wildland Scapes has worked on a variety of revegetation projects in the Moab area over the last 20 years. Some of our projects have been with developers or private land owners, while others have been in cooperation with Rim to Rim Restoration and focused on publicly owned land where restoration and revegetation funding is non existent.

WORKING IN SOUTHEAST UTAH SINCE 1998

Wildland Scapes Plant Nursery evolved from our work establishing native plants in the Colorado Plateau to fill our need for locally sourced native plants. Now, Wildland Scapes stocks vegetable seed and starts, ornamental flowers, trees and shrubs, fruit trees, organic soils, soil amendements and fertilizers, quality tools, pest control, and house plants.

We also grow regionally native plants for landscaping from locally sourced seed and cuttings and can contract grow plants for specific revegetation projects WLS is committed to assisting landowners and developers in the Colorado Plateau to restore native landscapes and grow and build in a manner responsible to our unique environment.

Established in 1998, Wildland Scapes, LLC has evolved with enthusiasm for restoration  and revegetation work, and a passion for finding plants to thrive in the harsh climate of SE Utah.
